GORGE, an intimate charcuterie house and wine bar located on the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California. Executive Chef and Owner, Elia Aboumrad, uses time-honored techniques to bring together an array of artisanal charcuterie options. Diners indulge in house-made sausages, fromage de tete, an assortment of terrines and tartines and other carefully crafted dishes.
