In the early ’90s, this legendary nameless night hosted the likes of Alice In Chains, Rage Against The Machine and every other band of any significance. The Standard hosts an art party for pioneering Polaroid artist Jeremy Kost on Tuesday, June 7. The night will feature performances by Edward Vigletti, Detox Icunt, Glitzglam and Disco Dolly and kicks off with Kost signing copies of his new 80-page monograph “It’s Always Darkest Before Dawn.” Kost, who describes himself as a tireless chronicler of gender, sexuality and nightlife, will also unveil a new photographic collage art installation.
