Yee haw – its Fat Tuesday. Yes, the Saints won the Super Bowl, and yay for them, but it's the beginning of Mardi gras. For most people, it means getting incredibly drunk in New Orleans. Let me explain something – Mardi Gras is the French version of a European tradition, or the observance of Shrove Tuesday, a celebration before Ash Wednesday and the observance of Lent. Also, these are the days wherein we look about our culture and traditions plus time to relax and give time for the family.
